Dear Industry Partner:

The Midwestern Vascular surgical society invites you to participate in Midwestern Vascular 2008, the Society’s 32nd annual Meeting to be held, September 11-13, 2008. The meeting will return to Madison, Wisconsin and
the beautiful Monona Terrace Convention Center and Hilton Monona Terrace in Madison.

We expect the attendance for the meeting to be excellent and over 150 members and guest physicians are expected. Further, the Midwestern Vascular surgical society invites vascular nurses, technicians, physician assistants, and vascular fellows in training to attend the annual meeting.  The Society will continue to integrate the endovascular course with the main meeting, and will continue this format of broad coverage of both open and endovascular topics throughout the meeting.

The fee for exhibiting will be $2,500 for a table-top display.   The exhibit fee includes registration for two (2)
company representatives.  The Society also is excited and pleased to offer companies the opportunity to participate as educational sponsors with educational grants in the amount of $5,000 and $7,500 (these amounts do not include the exhibit fees).  Participation as an Educational sponsor will provide many benefits for added exposure during the meeting including premier exhibit placement.

We hope that this year your company will consider participating at the Gold or Silver Level. Space is very limited.
Therefore, your early response will enable to accommodate your participation.

Again this year, the society is excited and pleased to offer companies a marketing opportunity of a dedicated
Evening symposium for $15,000.    This will be limited to one offering on the evening of Thursday, September
11th, immediately following the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit hall.  The Society will assist in the promotion of the symposium via blast email to society members and potential participants, and will include a company provided flyer or announcement in the participant registration packets. Companies will be responsible
for all on-site charges, including dinner, if offered.

When planning your participation, please consider the following: 

  *The Meeting will feature an exciting educational session that will include new innovations and techniques in endovascular and vascular surgery which will be integrated with the abstract presentations. the program will
be accredited for continuing Medical Education credits at approximately 15.5 credit hours.

* Attendees have the opportunity to visit your company’s exhibit during prime exhibit hours in the morning
and through the day that includes a Welcome reception in the Exhibit hall on Thursday, September 11th.
Additionally, we encourage all company representatives to attend the Friday evening event that will be held at the Monona Terrace Convention Center.

* The society will continue to offer the Passport program and giveaways to physicians who visit all exhibits
during the meeting.

* 25% of the physicians who attend the Meeting are in private practice with the remainder coming from major
teaching institutions and clinics. 95% of the physicians who attend have specialties in general, vascular and
endovascular surgery.

* Over 70 Vascular trainees/Fellows joined the society as candidate Members and over half attend the
annual Meeting.
